What's Your Best Possible Life Look Like?

Do you want to live out your life miserable, unhealthy, and unhappy?

I’m sure no one jumped on that question screaming, "Ooh, me, me, me!". Everyone wants to live the best possible life they can, right? I know I do.

When I read about the fact that there are millions of people on prescribed medications for preventable diseases my heart aches for them. Hasn't anyone told them that their bodies can heal themselves if given the right tools? Mostly likely not. The easiest route may just be popping pills and moving on with our so called life. What kind of life is it when there is a high likelihood that it will be cut short by something preventable?

Who out there needs to lower blood pressure, lower bad cholesterol numbers, lower their weight, get better sleep, have more energy, have a more positive outlook on life and feel better all around?

Let’s look at high cholesterol. So I see it as when you are taking a prescription, for let’s say for high cholesterol, it’s kind of like wearing a cast for a broken bone. If you keep injuring that break it's never going to heal and you will need that cast until you die. When we continue to eat things we shouldn't, our cholesterol will never change, causing us to forever need the almighty pill. When we change our diets, and I don’t mean eat light, low fat or fat free. I mean really change our diets by eating whole foods most of the time, if not all of the time, we can lower all the important numbers by simply eating more plants.

What scenario sounds better to you?

  1. Living on blood pressure meds, suffering from back pain and knee pain due to obesity, taking cholesterol meds, suffering a couple of “minor” heart attacks and undergo a few surgeries, and maybe on chemo and radiation for cancer later in life.

  2. Only needing the occasional preventative maintenance by your doctor and dentist and never have to be hospitalized, never need medications, never need surgery, never suffer from a major illness, and live a long and happy life.

The choice is yours. What’s it worth to you?

So what happens next? If any of this strikes something in you, send me a message here and be sure to take advantage of my free breakthrough coaching session.
