We will take a couple of hours to de-clutter your pantry and refrigerator.  Let's make healthy simple by creating a grocery list of real food you like to eat and meal plan that is easy to follow.  After, we will hit the grocery store or market.  Eating healthy isn't about restrictions, but about mindful choices.  It's time to get REAL about FOOD.
